Even though the Pioneer Chronograph offers a good water resistance level, it cannot be considered a dive watch. A dive watch requires a minimum resistance of 10 ATM.

Watch Movement Types
There are 3 main watch movement types - the automatic movement (also known as the self-winding movement), the mechanical movement, and the quartz movement, which we use for our collection.
Automatic movement watches have no internal batteries and get their energy from your body's movement. This means that an automatic watch needs to be worn continuously to provide enough energy to power the automatic watch.
Contrary to an automatic watch, a mechanical movement uses a clockwork mechanism to power itself. They are not as accurate as watches with other movements, resulting in a drop in their popularity. Watch brands only produce them as a luxury watch for collectors.
